Marketing
- Understands competition and market for increase in sales.
- Creates, writes, and implements marketing plans.
- Plans to achieve a secure 100% leasing.
- Coordinates marketing to prospective residents.
- Participates and conducts market competition surveys.
- Maintains and update information on social media outlets.
- Maintains and update website through content management system regarding all property information including specials, rates.
- Maintains traffic logs of tours, telephone calls, information requests, etc.
- Conducts personalized sales tours providing leasing information for groups and individuals visiting the property .
- Conducts or supervises the completion of follow-up techniques on every prospect.
- Monitors and reacts to weekly occupancy and leasing reports and statistics.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in Onesite
- Strong understanding of Social Media marketing campaigns.
Experience
- Two (2) years of marketing & leasing preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
